MAC Eyeshadow Haul: Woodwinked, Sable, Phloof, Satin Taupe & I’m Into It
Over the last couple of months or so, I’ve added a few more MAC eyeshadows to my collection and they’re all such beautiful shades that I just HAD to share them with you. If I had the money I think I would buy everything on the MAC website. When I’m bored I just find myself scanning the site and adding things to my basket ready for my next splurging sesh…everything on MAC always looks amazing. Their eyeshadows are up their with my favourite MAC products though as I just find the quality, pigmentation and lasting power SO good for the majority of their shades.
My haul includes the shades Woodwinked (Veluxe Pearl), Sable (Frost), Phloof (Frost), Satin Taupe (Frost) and I’m Into It (Matte). I’d heard so much about Woodwinked, Sable and Satin Taupe but I never tried them until recently. The reviews were amazing and they are 3 shadows that from a distant look similar but are in fact so different. These 3 shades are so buttery and pigmented and make great colours for the centre of the lid. Phloof and I’m Into It are shades I hadn’t heard of until fairly recently, the former being a great highlighting shade to really open your eyes up and the latter a more intense matte, perfect for the crease.
Woodwinked – A golden Veluxe Pearl shadow with a metallic finish. You can check it out here.
Sable – A warm bronze plum shade with a frost finish. You can buy it here.
Phloof – a white shimmery shade with a frost finish. I think Phloof is like a tamed down version of Nylon which is a lot more intense whereas Phloof is still amazing for highlighting but is a bit more subtle. Teamed with black liquid liner and thick lashes, this is gorgeous and gives that wide awake look. Check it out here.
Satin Taupe – a warm taupe shade with a frost finish. I would say although Satin Taupe still looks brown-ish, it’s a lot cooler than both Woodwinked and Sable and more of a neutral shade, perfect for creating that traditional smokey eye. You can see it here.
I’m Into It – a burgundy shade with a matte finish and the perfect crease shade for a bolder evening look. A shadow that is always sold out on the MAC website…does this speak for itself?! Check it out here.
Have you tried any of these MAC eyeshadow shades before? What do you think of them? If you have any other MAC shadow recommendations then I’d love to hear about them! Come and follow me on Instagram, Twitter and Bloglovin to keep up to date with all my posts x
