On Friday I booked my summer holiday and vowed that the word ‘dessert’ was going to be banned from my vocabulary. 3 days later and I find myself with a freshly baked banana loaf glaring at me from my worktop. However, due to the bananas I’m classing this as as healthy…Okay so it’s probably not ‘healthy‘ but it’s healthier than some desserts, right?!
