October 2015

As a huge fan of Vichy, I was so excited when the Vichy Dermablend Corrective Foundation and Setting Powder arrived in the post. Their Corrective Cream Stick (buyΒ here) is my holy grail concealer and one I rely on when it comes to bad skin days as it hides even the ugliest of blemishes and lasts all day long. It’s seriously amaaazing. However, I’d never actually branched out and tried any of the other products from the Vichy range until now and after a few weeks of trying the Corrective Foundation

As soon as I saw a picture of Sleek’s latest addition; the Sleek Solstice Highlighting Palette, I just knew I needed it in my life. Eagerly awaiting it’s arrival in store, as soon as I heard it had hit Boots, I headed straight there and managed to bag one of the last ones on the shelf. As a girl who is completely obsessed with highlighters (my highlighter collection has a makeup bag of it’s own…), I fell in love with the gorgeous shimmery shades in the Solstice palette almost instantly

Not having a clue what to get my boyfriend for his birthday (why are guys so tricky?!), I eventually decided to surprise him with a weekend in London. I wanted to make it extra special so I didn’t tell him anything about the weekend other than where we were heading. I loveee London. Although I have what I can only describe as a tube phobia, you can’t beat the capital when it comes to shopping, great food and nightlife and so it’s always a bit of a treat to head

When your bank balance isn’t looking too promising but your makeup bag is in need of a revamp, it’s safe to say, the only place to head is the high street. Although I love the luxury of high end products, sometimes, there’s nothing better than discovering some amazing beauty buys for a fraction of the price. Recently scanning the aisles of Boots, I found myself gravitating towards the trusty Rimmel counter. As one of the first makeup brands I ever used, I feel like Rimmel is a brand I’ve always

It’s that time of year again where I find myself flicking back through holiday pictures and wishing I was sat by the pool with a cocktail in one hand and a good book in the other. There’s literally nothing I love more that travelling and this summer I was lucky enough (although my bank balance might disagree…) to visit three beautiful countries; Spain, Croatia and Italy. In case you haven’t seen it, you can read all about my trip to Barcelona here and here – prepare yourself for a tapas,
